DESIGN
For independent brands, design is the core to establish identified competition. By cooperating with outstanding designer, we have built a complete design system covering "trend prediction - concept refinement - solution implementation". Whether it is retro frames carrying cultural symbols, functional designs suitable for sports scenarios, or personalized styles that cater to Gen Z's aesthetics, we can accurately transform them into mass-producible product solutions. Concerning the limited start-up funds for new brands, we also suppose new eyewear brands to have "ready stock + customized" combination service, it can greatly reduces the trial-and-error cost in this way.
If you have your own design, any format is workable for us, like rough drawing, design concept or photo, we can make customized CAD drawing for your checking within 3 days;
If you don't have your own design, you can share your marketing position and rough design direction with us, our designer can provide customized designs for your checking within 7-25 days base on your specific requirement. Our designer has been involved in eyewear industry for more than 25 years and know overseas market very well, it's hard to find design elements from existing market, totally belongs to original design.
PP SAMPLE
After designed and drawings are confirmed, we will start to produce PP samples. This sample is for checking the fitting of frame and shape. You can choice to change some details before production in this stage, also we can produce 3D printing samples for customers if lead time is urgent. Normally it will take around 30-45 days to finish one PP sample in traditional way, but it just take around 10 days to finish one 3D printing sample.
PRODUCTION
High quality of one eyeglass lies in the details of materials and craftsmanship. Deepward Eyewear mostly cooperate with globally selected supply chain and has established long-term cooperation with world-renowned suppliers such as Italy's Mazzucchelli acetate and OBE hinges. Also some domestic suppliers like JINYU, JIMEI acetate, HUA QIANG metal components, etc.
All raw materials undergo pre-production inspection to ensure a 99.9% qualification rate. we provide suitable material solutions for brands with different positioning, balancing wearing comfort and fashion expression.
In the production process, we integrate automated equipment with hand craftsmanship to achieve precise control over more than 300 processes. Metal frames undergo processes such as CNC stamping, laser welding, and multi-layer electroplating, with the welding strength reaching 20N without falling off, and the nickel release fully complying with EU standards. Acetate frames are polished by hand, with a surface finish of over Ra50, eliminating pitting and burrs. This production mode of "mechanical precision + manual warmth" guarantee each pair of glasses with both durability and artistic sense.
At the same time, most customers will choice to receive few sets of salesman samples ahead of production, so they can make photo shooting and marketing promotion material. Lead time for production is around 80-100 days.
QUALITY CHECKING
Since we mainly focus on producing high quality eyewear for customers, so no matter material, semi-finished or final finished product, we will take spot checking and full checking accordingly. This is helpful to reduce after sales problems as maximum as possible.
