Material Choice

Select the appropraite material determines the foundation of high quality eyewear, high quality material can guarantee how smooth the final production go on, and how long high quality last. We only cooperate with world-famous suppliers in the whole industry, for example, Mazzucchelli, Jimei, Jinyu, OBE, Comotec, Qianse plating, etc. 

Tumbling

After the frame fronts and temples are fully formed, we will put the front rim and temples into tumbling cartons and go through a five-day tumbling process, this is helpful for smoothing the surface of the raw acetate. There are 3 steps of the tumbling based upon the size of the pieces of wood which determine the degree of polishing,from tough tumbling to tiny tumbling. The tumbling time is also different base on the design edge. Sharp edge request less tumbling time, while round edge request long tumbling time. 

Filing

Some details can't be processed during tumbling process, we will do handmade filling step before tumbling or after tumbling base on the exact case. That's also one key factor to determine why the eyewear we produce can be called as handmade eyewear. 

Polishing

No wondering high quality polishing can make consumer be attracted at their first sight, growing consumer demand. This is the most heavy production cost part among our whole production cost, because it can't be replaced by machine, all should be done by labor one piece by one piece.

All of our products go through full quality checking one piece by one piece for guaranteeing high quality standard from beginning to final steps. We not only reject the current production defects, but also keep the quality checking record and find the way to improve more for further repeat orders.
